There are several ways Michigan Concrete can improve traction on concrete. Slippery conditions arise when debris, dirt, or water is on the surface with nowhere to go. Safety grooves allow water and dirt a location to deposit instead of the concrete surface. This allows for improved traction on inclined surfaces, ramps, and sidewalks. Our concrete saws can create grooves in concrete. Different applications require different patterns and our retrofitted flat saw can achieve a variety of patterns. Our most common requests come from dairy barns that have cattle slipping on ramps. There are other solutions for slip and fall safety that we have used for different environments. Michigan Concrete can help solve that slippery issue.
